Overview:

In addition to providing up to date information on arts events through our websites and magazine, Methow Arts also provides resources for local artists to insure the arts are an integral part of community and economic development in the Methow Valley.

Local artist database:

Artists living and working in the Methow Valley are invited to list in the artists' database on the Methow Valley Arts Website. This listing provides artists with a free webpage, link to their website, contact information, a short biography and up to three photo images of their artwork.

Receive emails about opportunities and events:

Methow arts also manages a significant email list of artists, organizations, and the community at large.  We send out emails about opportunities for artists, events, and other arts-related information.  To become a member of the list, or to submit information to broadcast, email us at: art@methowartsalliance.org.

Teaching Opportunities:

Artists who are interested in teaching through the AIR program can contact our arts education coordinator artseducation@methowartsalliance.org

Local Resources:

  • A listing of local resources is also available and includes venues, equipment, supplies, opportunities, and technology.
  • For a list of other resources available to artists living in Washington state, visit Artist Trust: www.artisttrust.org
